Atish Chandra Ghosh, Chief General Manager regional services at IndianOil has taken over as its head of eastern marketing division.
An electrical engineer by profession, Ghosh has more than three decades of experience in various locations, function, and position at IndianOil's across India. He has headed IndianOil's retail sales and human resource in various states.
"While heading human resource function in East, Ghost has been instrumental in all HR initiatives of IndianOil encompassing employment relation, human resource development and learning & development."
Before heading HR functions, he was head of the state for retail sales, where he was responsible for turning around market shares of the states wherever he worked.
Ghosh was one of the main architects of setting up Retail Outlets in collaboration with prison department in Andhra Pradesh and Telengana which has opened up a new dimension in retail oil marketing. He was also the key person for the first retail outlet in the country with charging facility for electrical vehicles in Newtown.

ReplyDeleteThere was no Issue related Atish Chandra Ghosh. He might have face some ethical issues when he was HR head and retail sales head of IndianOil in east. He was also the head of employees relationship management. He had experience of more than 3dacades if he had not faced any ethical issues than he wouldn't have served IndianOil for more than three decades.
